Makeup Review: L'Oréal Paris True Match Foundation In N1 Ivory.

So my skin is pretty crazy right now and I am just having trouble of covering up all my nasty blemishes and trying to find the perfect foundation to cover them up. I came across this foundation from L'Oréal and it is called True Match Foundation. Cheryl Cole is currently the face of the advertisement but since I'm not a fan of her, she wasn't what drew me to the product.

It is ideal if you want a perfect complexion and it is the first foundation that matches the skin tone AND texture of your face! It provides an even coverage that allows it to look natural so it makes it look like you are not wearing anything on your face. It blends easily onto your skin and leaves a flawless finish by hiding the imperfections you wish to hide, all without that 'caked in makeup' look.

Since I naturally have oily and sometimes dry skin, it is oil free and non-comedogenic! It comes in 22 diverse shades, ranging from golden ivory to cappuccino and my chosen colour is currently N1 Ivory as I am quite pale and every other colour in any foundation seems to leave me looking orange unfortunately.

Sorry for the messy lid, I've had it a while now!

But this is my own bottle to show you how it looks just incase you wish to buy the same as mine.

Obviously the main selling point for me is that it matches any skin colour which is exactly what I want as I don't wear that much makeup and very rarely spend alot on just foundations. Like I said, I am fairly pale and most foundations do look dark/orange-like on me so this was quite good for me to use. I've been using it for a few months now and I'm pretty impressed. However I was initially wary of it because the consistency is quite thin, watery and runny really but it turns out this is quite useful. You can add layers of it without it becoming too 'cakey' and this allows the coverage to be more heavier should you need it to be. I use about 2 to 3 layers of it and that seems to be enough to get my preferred coverage.

If you wish to buy it yourself, you can get it at Boots here for £9.99!

This is a pretty good price as other high end make up can be quite costly whereas this just comes in just under a tenner which is pretty good for such a good brand.

I hope you like it as much as I did.

Have you tried L'Oréal True Match Foundation yourself, did you like it?

What did you think of my review?

Please leave some comments on your thoughts.

Thankyou for reading.
Laura.
