Liverpool Student/Graduate Recruitment Festival.

Graduate Opportunities & Student Placements For This Summer!

This is a brilliant chance to get experience down on your CV, a not-to-be-missed event.

The Liverpool Graduate Recruitment Festival is hosted by Liverpool Vision In Liverpool and Greater Merseyside and will be taking place in St George's Hall in June 2014.

This is a chance for new and recent graduates to talk with careers advisors and explore the available possibilities for further studying alongside training opportunities and meeting with recruiters.

There is also internship programmes and vacation schemes for those students who are  in their penultimate year.

Around 65 programmes attend every year and these come from a wide range of sectors, applying to all students no matter what your degree is!

There are various positions all over the UK but if you're from the North West (like me!) and want to stay there, there will be plenty of positions to choose from for this region.

As I am from Liverpool, this is actually really exciting as I plan to find a job or placement to go on in the summer to gain that much needed experience. I heard about this opportunity through a great site called Milk Round (www.milkround.com) which helps students and graduates with CVs, work placements etc. and I think all universities should make students more aware of this event so they can find out how much help there is to get you that placement that could make a experience on your CV.

If you want to come along, it will be going ahead on the 16th of June 2014, 10:30am until 3:30pm in the heart of the city centre at St. George's Hall.

If you want to find out more or see what other fairs are coming to Liverpool, then visit:
Liverpool Fairs.

Also if you want a fast-track, free ticket to this event like I have:
Apply here!

I hope you enjoyed reading this and I hope you feel this is the right opportunity for you to get potential experience behind you or get any questions you may have answered from careers advisors.

Thankyou for reading,
Laura.
